Personal Assistant / Receptionist
£7.83 per hour
Location: Kings Heath, Birmingham
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a real interest in the beauty market to be a Personal Assistant / Receptionist to the business owner.
The role will include administrative duties such as managing emails, social media and telephone enquiries. The person will be responsible for encouraging and booking prospective clients for free consultations into a diary system, so the successful candidate will have to have good communication skills both orally and in writing. Evidence of working in a customer facing role would be advantageous, as well as the desire to work hard in order to earn the additional commission available in this role.
The successful candidate will need to be highly professional and understand that the role they are in is the first point of contact for many potential clients, so they need to have a real desire to deliver good quality service and go the extra mile.
This will be an ideal opportunity for the right person to develop and learn highly specialist beauty treatments, hence why we are looking for someone who has a passion for beauty and in time, wants to develop further in this industry.
